I still have yellow and blue on my hands from where we had to knead food dye into the white fondant icing. I'm not yet sure how significant it is that the blue and the yellow were normal food dyes and have stained my hands whereas the red, which came from the "Natural" range hasn't...

Sugar and E-numbers
We decorated madeira loaf cakes last night! :o) This is the one that Bluebell (our Young Leader) and I decorated while Tawny Owl organised the bottle-top game and our parent helper successfully de-stickified the tables. The idea was to make a cake for the hundredth birthday (now there's a word that's never normally written down - hundredth).
